Request a Fee Quote
Tell us about your matter and we will respond with a clear, written quote — fixed fee where the matter allows, with disbursements and timeframes set out up front. There is no obligation to proceed, and quoting is free.
How our quoting process works
- Send your request. Complete the form below, or email us directly at ceo@singhmayarlegal.online.
- We review your matter. A lawyer reviews the details, usually within one business day.
- We clarify anything unclear. If we need more information, we ask a few short questions by email.
- You receive a written quote. The quote sets out the scope of work, the fee structure, estimated disbursements and an estimated timeframe.
- You decide. Take your time. There is no obligation to engage us until you accept the quote in writing.
Every quote is prepared by a qualified Australian legal practitioner — not a call centre script and not an automated estimate.
Quote request form
Complete the form below. When you select “Send my quote request”, your email program will open with your details ready to send to ceo@singhmayarlegal.online.
What our quotes include
- Scope of work — exactly what we will do for you, step by step.
- Fee structure — a fixed fee where the matter allows, otherwise our hourly rate and an estimated number of hours.
- Estimated disbursements — search fees, lodgement fees, certification costs and similar third-party charges, itemised separately.
- Estimated timeframe — how long each stage is likely to take.
- Payment terms — when amounts become payable, with no hidden extras.
If the scope of your matter changes, we tell you before doing any additional work and vary the quote in writing first.
